To improve longevity, maintaining an overall healthy diet with 3 meals on time daily. High risk is defined as a diet with different timing changes leading to disorder of digestion. 

A healthy diet also does improve your body functioning, stabilize your metabolism and offer you a healthy longer life to enjoy the beauty of nature for a much longer time.

Nowadays, lots of people have unhealthy eating habit that focusing on quantity, heavily on taste; particularly much on spicy and cold foods. 3. “No” to alcohol drinks

Nowadays, many people drinking alcohol very often, either a liking, work or just a fun although they may know that drinking too much alcohol is not good at all for your health. Drinking too much alcohol can cause abnormal activation of digestive enzymes produced by the pancreas. Buildup of these enzymes can lead to inflammation known as pancreatitis. Pancreatitis can become a long-term condition and cause serious complications.

So the advise is to stay away with alcohol or at least a moderate alcohol intake would bring you a long health life.

 

 

4. Early sleep and Arising early

It is emphasized by Health Experts that going to bed early and wake up early are also keys to do when you want to live longer.

It’s highly recommended to make time for good, quality sleep. Getting up early gives you a kick start for the day ahead. Besides allowing you to balance between work and relax, it also boosts your spirit mind.   

Studies have suggested that when a person gets up early, she is more energetic and takes lesser time to do a task. Sleep is very important for overall health, however many people seem not paying much attention to this when staying overnight sometimes despite of bad affection to  health.

 

 

5. Frequent exercise, physical activities

You also need to exercise to ensure your body, brain and hormones function optimally. Exercise doesn’t just help you look better, it also improves your hormone levels, makes you feel better and reduces your risk of various diseases.

Spend time everyday for exercising  is not only for improving our health but also promoting functions of lung & heart, blood circulation as well as your body metabolism.

 

 

Additionally, exercise can increase the production of endorphins, which are known to help produce positive feelings and reduce the perception of pain. Moderate exercise can provide antioxidant protection and promote blood flow which helps to increase your longevity.

Therefore, engaging in regular physical activity is essential to maintaining a good health and a long life.
